Included waiting time
60 minutes from landing for airport pickups; 15 minutes for all other pickups
Extra waiting
€10 per 15 minutes beyond the included period
Payment
Pay online by card (Stripe) or pay your driver by cash or card on the day
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
After booking
You receive a confirmation email with your booking reference and driver details closer to your travel date.
