When you make a booking or enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, pick-up and drop-off locations, travel date and time, number of passengers, luggage details, flight number (where applicable), and any special requests you provide.

When you complete a payment through Stripe, information necessary to create, process and verify the transaction is shared with Stripe. Complete payment-card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure payment environment and are not stored by VORTIQ s.r.o.

When you visit our website we automatically collect standard server log data including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Ads to understand traffic patterns and measure campaign performance — both are loaded only after you give explicit consent via our cookie banner.

Booking fulfilment: we use your contact and travel details to confirm your reservation, dispatch your driver, and send you a booking confirmation email. This is the primary purpose for which we collect your data.

Customer service: we may use your email or phone number to contact you about changes to your booking, delays, or to respond to enquiries.

Analytics and advertising: with your consent, we use GA4 and Google Ads data to improve our website and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. You can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer.

Legal obligations: we may retain booking records as required by Czech accounting and tax law (typically 5–10 years).

Contract performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): processing your booking details is necessary to fulfil the transport contract between you and VORTIQ s.r.o. This is the principal legal basis for processing information required to complete a booking.

Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): we process server log data to maintain the security and performance of our website.

Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR): analytics and advertising cookies are loaded only after you give explicit consent through our cookie banner. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR): we retain financial records as required by Czech law.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the following third parties who help us deliver our service:

Stripe, Inc. — payment processing. When a customer chooses online payment, information necessary to create, process and verify the transaction is shared with Stripe. Complete payment-card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure payment environment and are not stored by VORTIQ s.r.o.

Google LLC — analytics (GA4) and advertising (Google Ads), loaded only with your consent.

GoDaddy Inc. — website hosting and email infrastructure.

We may disclose your data to law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required by applicable law.

Booking and payment records are retained for up to 10 years to comply with Czech accounting law. Enquiry data (contact form submissions) is retained for up to 2 years.

Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted.

Under GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request erasure of your data (where no legal retention obligation applies); object to or restrict processing; and data portability.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.cz).

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the website (session management, security). With your consent we also use analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) and advertising cookies (Google Ads).

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, processors or legal obligations change. The 'Last updated' date will reflect the latest revision. Where required by law, we will provide an appropriate notice or request new consent.
